At Funny Feral, all of our shirts are made to order. That means each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- ordering the wrong size
- change of mind
- buyer’s remorse
- choosing the wrong color or style
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can make it right.
When reaching out, please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and the problem
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
Conditions
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be:
- unused and unwashed
- in the same condition it was received
- reported within the required time frame
